GENERAL OVERVIEW

The owner designer, Mr. Winston Knauss has been in the business of designing and operating these vessels as charter vessels for many years in the Fort Lauderdale area. He is well respected for his design capabilities and his vessels have been written up in many marine journals as well as having the sales of his design purchased for the China market. This vessel was found to be in 'Like New' cosmetic and structural condition at the time of survey. The vessel was delivered new in Miami on February 23rd, 2007. The main engines had approximately 100 hours; these engines in this service should deliver over 10 thousand hours of service with proper maintenance.

SIR WINSTON is U.S.C.G. certified for 400 passengers plus 20 crew. The sky lounge has patio seating and fixed bistro tables with full wet bar. There are 4 wet bars throughout the boat. The 3rd deck is enclosed and air-conditioned with tinted glass windows. There are eight additional rest rooms for guests throughout the yacht and an elevator to all 5 decks for those with special needs.

ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT: 5 guest/crew staterooms with on lower level; heads; showers; TV's and phones in each room.

She has 18,000 usable square footage, and is an engineering marvel. The owner has worked very closely with SIR WINSTON's famous naval architects (DeJong & Lebet) and U.S. Coast Guard in making sure that she is the finest 130' commercial passenger craft available today. He has built over 20 other commercial crafts and refined each one to make it better than the last.

These vessels are all over the world including such cities as Chicago, Shanghai, Manhattan, Baltimore, Los Angeles, and San Francisco and soon to be in Mumbai, India.
